With its global headquarters in Fort Wayne, Indiana, the company also has many warehouses around the nation to support its member-based operations for stock and fulfillment.
The Three Rivers Moving Team assisted Do it Best Corp. during their transition to a new warehouse and into their space at Electric Works in downtown Fort Wayne, as the anchor tenant.
2. Their new office space at Electric Works required a quick and efficient set-up and installation of work stations including computer monitor mounts and assembly.
Met with a client to come up with a plan to strategically move items to not overwhelm delivery. Client moved from over 100,000 sq. ft. facility (warehouse) to a much smaller space.
Established the areas that needed to be relocated at certain times to allow placement so areas were not mixed together and placed in incorrect areas.
On a tight schedule, we planned the IT move and monitor mounting during off-hours to reduce downtime and prevent any internal disruptions or distractions during the move.
Three Rivers successfully ensured all deliverables were met satisfactorily.
The move was a success and the client was able to maintain operations and to be able to have all items set up and ready for marketing with their inventory in place.
